What a sponsorship
actually buys
One athlete. One race. One agreed logo placement. That’s the deal — and here’s exactly what lands in your inbox.
Charged when the athlete accepts. Refunded if they don’t race — see FAQ.
Print it.
Wear it. Race.
Your logo travels as a temporary body transfer. No needles, no regrets, washes off with baby oil and a bit of effort.
1. Print it
Download your logo sheet. It’s pre-sized with two copies: one to practise, one for race day. Print at 100% on tattoo paper with any normal home printer.
2. Wear it
Clean, dry skin. Press the transfer on the agreed spot, dampen, peel. Test it at a training session first.
3. Race
Post before the race, sweat through it, and snap a proof photo with the logo clearly visible. Upload it and you’re done.
Durability: we’re testing papers during the pilot and won’t claim sweat resistance until we have. No printer? We can post a transfer — price and delivery confirmed separately.
Real results
Our pilot starts with races this autumn. Here’s what race day looks like. Real race photos replace them as they come in.
Questions,
answered
How does the logo get onto the athlete?
After a sponsorship is confirmed, the athlete downloads a print-ready logo sheet sized to the agreed placement. They print it at 100% on temporary tattoo paper and apply it before the race. It’s temporary — nothing permanent, ever.
What if the athlete doesn’t have a printer?
They tap “I don’t have a printer” and we post them a ready-made transfer. The price and delivery time are confirmed before anything is ordered, and we make sure it arrives in time for a practice run.
Who decides where the logo goes?
The athlete chooses which placements they’re comfortable offering (for example upper arm, shoulder or calf). The sponsor picks one of those. For launch, it’s one sponsor per athlete per race.
Are logos allowed at events?
Rules differ between events. Athletes are responsible for checking their event’s kit and branding rules, and we flag known restrictions on profiles. If an official asks for a logo to be covered, that doesn’t count against the athlete — you still receive the pre-race post and a proof photo. Sponsor My Skin is not affiliated with HYROX or any event organiser.
What can’t be sponsored?
No gambling, alcohol, adult content, weapons, political campaigns or anything misleading. Athletes can also decline any sponsor, no reason needed.
What happens if the race is cancelled or the athlete can’t race?
If the athlete withdraws or the event is cancelled before race day, you get a full refund, or you can move the sponsorship to that athlete’s next race if they offer one. If the athlete starts but doesn’t finish, you still receive the agreed proof photo.
How can I use the photos?
You can reshare the pre-race post and the race-day proof photo on your own organic social channels and website, crediting the athlete. Paid advertising, print or other commercial use needs separate agreement with the athlete. These are the proposed terms shown before payment.
When is the sponsor charged, and what does the athlete get?
You see the athlete’s full price before paying — every athlete sets their own. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. It’s only captured once the athlete accepts. The athlete’s net amount after the platform fee is shown clearly on their dashboard — we don’t hide it.
